黄梦醒,博士/教授,博士生导师,海南大学 信息学院院长,南海海洋资源利用国家重点实验室 副主任,教育部科技委人工智能与区块链专委会委员,国家重点研发计划项目首席科学家,中国电子教育学会研究生教育分会常务理事,海南省大数据与智慧服务重点实验室主任,绿色智慧岛省部共建协同创新中心主任,海南省互联网人才培养创新联盟副理事长兼秘书长,海南省计算机类专业教学指导委员会副主任委员,海南省智慧城市研究院院长;ieee计算机学会会员,中国计算机学会高级会员及信息系统专委会委员,中国人工智能学会智能空天系统委员会常委;《通信学报》编委;海南省杰出人才、海南省“515人才工程”第一层次人选、海南省南海名家。 2007年在西北工业大学获工学博士学位,2009年在清华大学完成计算机科学与技术专业博士后研究工作。主要研究领域包括:大数据与智能信息处理 , 多源信息感知与融合 , 人工智能与智慧服务等。近年来,以第一作者和通讯作者发表学术论文230余篇,其中sci、ei收录180余篇;获得国家发明专利29项、软件著作权92项、团体标准6项;出版专著4部,译著2部。主持和承担国家及省部市级课题近30项,其中,主持国家重点研发计划项目1项,国家自然科学基金项目2项、863及科技支撑计划等其他国家级项目6项;以第一完成人获得海南省科学技术进步一等奖1项、二等奖1项。

mengxing huang received his phd from northwestern polytechnical university in 2007. he then joined staff at the research institute of information technology in tsinghua university as a postdoctoral researcher. in 2009, he joined hainan university. he is currently a professor and phd supervisor of information and communication engineering, and the dean of school of information science and technology. he is also the vice-president of the state key laboratory of marine resource utilization in the south china sea, and the director of hainan key laboratory of big data and smart services.
his current research interests include big data and intelligent information processing, ocean information perception and fusion ai and smart service, etc., and he has published more than 230 academic papers as the first or corresponding author, 180 of these indexed by the sci or ei. he owns29 patents of invention, and 92 software k8凯发旗舰 copyright, and published 3 monographs and 2 translations. in recent years, he has undetaken more than 30 national or provicial projects, 9 of these are national projects including national natural sicence fundation and national key technology support program. he has been awarded 1 first class and 2 second class prizes of the hainan provincial scientific and technological progress. he is a member of ieee, and a senior member of chinese computer federation (ccf), and a member of the information system committee in ccf.
