- currently, i am an associate professor in the school of engineering, dongguan university of technology, china.
- 20 years of experience in natural language processing (nlp), artificial intelligence (ai), information retrieval (ir), and machine translation (mt).
- i have developed many large-scale systems, for example, online english-chinese web translation system (mtir), cross-language patent retrieval system, search engine system, named-entity recognition (ner) system, multi-lingual term extraction system, text classification and clustering system, and knowledge management system.
- in recent years, i also taught and developed the internet of things (iot) devices integrated with cloud databases and mobile apps.
