高德华（1982-- ），男，河南宁陵县人。管理学博士，山东工商学院管理科学与工程学院副教授，硕士生导师。2017年度意大利布雷西亚大学（università degli studi di brescia, unibs）访问学者。

研究兴趣广泛涉及组织惯例动力学、计算社会学与计算组织科学、现代工业系统工程等领域。以第一/通讯作者先后在“review of managerial science”、“computational and mathematical organization theory”、“journal of artificial societies and social simulation”等国内外权威学术期刊和学术会议上公开发表论文20余篇，主持山东省自然科学基金项目2项，撰写出版学术著作1部，参与编写高校教材2部，获山东省高校人文社科优秀成果二等奖1次、三等奖1次。

2006/02---至今：山东工商学院管理科学与工程学院，教师，副教授职称
